Kim Philip Claveria is a graduate of BSArchitecture whose currently taking his Architectural Apprenticeship which he is usually tasked with Architectural Visualization, Modeling, Drafting, Presentation, Design, Quantity Surveying/BOQ, and minor administrative work with occasional site visits. during the pandemic he mostly worked with residential and renovation projects.

Claveria is a Certified Autocadd Operator from Autodesk and Microcadd but still works preferably with Revit for faster and Integrated BIM Drafting, Modeling, and Architectural Presentation. linked with Lumion for Architectural Visualization for a more proficient and time-saving workflow. During his time on Improving his digital Architectural visualization skills, he also becomes familiar with Photoshop, Lightroom, Indesign, Illustrator, and Wix Website Development.

During His time in the Architecture School, He became the First Year Representative for UAPSA. after realizing his undeniable shortcomings in skills and knowledge, He invested all his time in his study, taking advance lessons, improved himself by improving others through giving free tutorial lessons and, going to the library in his vacant time. he also took interest on Researching and comparing actual datas from Different City/Provincial Planning and Building Official Offices. After his graduation on Architectural School at Adamson University, he continued to strive for improvement, as he study BSEnvironmental Planning as one of the first ever or pioneer of the degree in Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) at Sta.Mesa, Manila. He also aspires to become a professional licensed Master Plumber as he expands his knowledge and expertise into the field and hopefully pass the examination. passionately taking every extra efforts for the development of architecture both for the academic and the profession.

Claveria, is an old soul and one whose a great example of a person who knows the book and choose what to live on it. He Enjoys Research and Development, references and case studies. He loves Urban Design and Planning, Strives for Innovation and Unusual yet simple design Thinking and Strategies. While also, Advocates Sustainable, Green, and Nature-Centered Designs, on which is evidently featured, inspired and, presented on his design proposals.in summary, He is simply obsessed with learning and improving himself, with a hint of perfectionism, great sense of responsibility, righteousness, patience, calmness, and pure hard work.
