WITH THE ANCIENT METHOD OF COURTYARD, WE MAXIMIZE THE AIRFLOW AND LIGHT ACCESS THROUGH THE STRUCTURE WITHOUT SACRIFICING SPACES OR SETBACKS THUS MAXIMIZING ALL POTENTIAL AREAS FOR MORE FUNCTIONAL SPACE. A REVISION FROM THE PREVIOUS DESIGN, THIS FEATURES THE SAME SPACES, BUT WITH MORE CONSIDERATION TO MAXIMIZING LIGHT AND CREATING MORE OPEN SPACES FOR FLEXIBILITY TO MAKE THE TIGHT SPACES FEELS MORE BIGGER THAN IT ACTUALLY IS. THIS ALSO FOCUSED MORE ON COST EFFICIENCY DESIGNED WITH BARE MATERIAL FINISHES.
